Birds, Smooching and there is a Kitty in the air

Almost off on another birding adventure! I have gleefully been sticking my nose into my Burma field guide...(that's a bird book as opposed to a guidebook on Burmese fields!). I have however neglected researching the more culture aspects of my trip. So I guiltily flicked through my pristine copy of the Lonely Planet Guide which revealed that.....

The Burmese are into Smooching....which is according to LP the making of kissing noises to attract your attention....best keep eye on Ste...!!!

Not much chance of a beer or nightlife after 9PM.....probably down to over zealous smooching! 

Weird Sex....Yangon has numerous stalls selling bizarre sexual aids....well I suppose you need something to do when the pub closes and the smooching has paid off! 

On the hazard front we need to be aware of 

Belligerent motorists who will attempt to mow you down! 

Frequent opportunities to disappear  into sewerage filled potholes! 

Sudden and frequent loss of electricity! 

We are flying Kitty Air!!!!!.....Raised eyebrows from his nibs..not sure if this was an amused, bemused or down right concerned expression.....but with little planes and oversized cats sitting on the fuselage perhaps I too should be concerned!
